1. Minjur Satellite City – The Future is Here

Chennai Peripheral Ring Road (CPRR) is a 132 km greenfield expressway that connects all major highways in and around Chennai.

3. 2^nd Outer Ring Road

The Chennai 2nd Outer Ring Road will stretch over a distance of around 60 kilometers, connecting Vandalur on the NH-45 with Minjur on the Thiruvottriyur Ponneri Pancheti (TPP) road, through Nazaratpet (NH-4), Nemilichery (NH-205) and Padiyanallur (NH-5). It was planned out by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA), in order to try and reduce the congestion of traffic in the suburbs of North Chennai. It will also be a catalyst for an even dispersal of urban development.
